Floral Design Summer Intensive

Learn to arrange flowers in a variety of styles for many occasions, including weddings, parties, and holidays. Take classes full time and earn a Certificate in Floral Design. Hands-on training prepares you for working with fresh flowers quickly! Professional florists teach the courses. No prior flower arranging experience is necessary.

The Program

The Intensive is a total of 160 class hours.* Enrollment is limited to 24 students. Each student gets the individualized attention he or she needs. Classes are Monday–Friday, 10 a.m.–5 p.m., including a trip to the New York Flower Market (students provide their own transportation). The Intensive comes to a close with a wedding banquet staged and decorated by the class.

Tuition includes all flowers, supplies, and a complete set of tools.

*To earn a Certificate, students must complete a 120-hour internship not included in the Intensive Program.
